The Territory of Home, book Launch: August 17th held on Cortes Island. John Preston delighted us with his song and guitar; he is also the photographer whose evocative photograph graces the cover of my book. David Ellingsen did a stellar job of the fun intros. Erin Robinsong, both a brilliant poet and editor, with whom I am so fortunate to work, read four opening poems. I read from The Territory of Home. A perfect venue to introduce the book, on the very island where so many of the poems were inspired and written.
